Fairfax Walmart Bathroom Incident

Can you get banned from Walmart if you poop in the toilet seat and not the toilet ?
Someone went to Walmart today and I noticed someone did that. I screamed when I was saw that, there was even poop in the floor and up ended steping in some. WTF DID Tippy Taco reopened? Who Did this and why? Hope they banned you

I took a shit in one of the urinals at the Wal Mart in Burke one time.
