New lane on Lee Hwy west of Fairfax

Why is the new third lane so bumpy? Talking about the one that goes near Wegmans, eastbound side. It's like they didn't completely level it out.

It was a rush job. We only had 10 years to add that lane. And with union labor, so.. you know.
