I've been a Gold's member for 16 years. I go 6 days a week.

Except that Rich Piana's goal was not to simply live a healthy lifestyle. He competed at the highest levels of body-building. And when competing at the highest level of body-building, you must make use of steroid technology in order to even begin to be competitive. Rich Piana said so himself...repeatedly.

He never entered a Mr Olympia contest and that is at the highest level . His body looked terrible. He could have easily made a living being just 100lbs lighter as a fitness model. Steriod use in moderation might be okay.
