I hear it's a hidden gem and is on the up and up? How are the schools and inhabitants? I hear they have their own police department, If true are they assholes like Fairfax or are they professional like PWC?

If you’re moving to Manassas Park, you better speak Spanish.

Anywhere around here can be a great place to live if your daily commute is under 20 minutes and you can afford it.

Manassas Park Named One of the Best Cities in America
High job growth, and low home prices are just a few reasons Manassas Park is a top city.

School's are alright sort of like Falls Church, Herndon
Neighborhood's are okay as long as you live in the blooms (rich area)

If you think Blooms is "rich" you need to get out a little more.

MP is a dump. Always has been. The "City Center" at the VRE is empty. Not one single retailer except the bank that was operating on the City Hall property across the street. They can't afford to fix the streets but they built a new police station and rec center to service all the illegals living there. I work in the City and cannot think of one good reason to go there other than work.

Read this article. You think they have recovered from the problems they had a few years ago? What a joke.

This place has gone downhill since they closed the Arthur Treacher's over there. Check out Fairfax Circle. Really great location and oh so close to fresh, hot fish and chips and ice-cold Fanta in different flavours.

I lived very briefly in Yorkshire near MP. Yorkshire used to be the PCP capitol of Northern Virginia in the 80's.

The people who lived there were scumbag grits in tiny homes that made Pimmitt Hills look like Beverly Hills. All of these future Trumptardz moved out to Fauquier and Winchester.

The neighborhood looked like it could make an upward turn in the 90's but the influx of Salvadorans put it back into the toilet fast.
