I am used to hispanics attacking women and exposing themselves but this guy has taken it another step up.

The best part is the description of the perpetrator...between 25-40, 5'7" and 170 lbs. That narrows it down to about 75% of the people I see on a daily basis.

Oh...forgot to say hispanic. That's a big part of it.
