It's been over three weeks now and no video and transparency which was urged by Fairfax Police Chief Roessler. Why? Negligence by Park Police? Cover up?

The reason is because something is wrong. In my heart of hearts I am guessing that the cop who shot Mr Ghaisar is a cop who is a rookie or with only a few years in. He was paranoid and his adrenaline was pumping high. Probably thought Mr Ghaisar was a hard core criminal who posed a threat. There was bad communication with Ghaisar. Did he first yell "Let me see your hands"? Don't know. If not than we have a serious problem. If he did ask to see his hands and he reached for something than maybe he felt threatened. We need to see the video.

Transcript and FCPD dashcam video of the incident is available to a select few....I’ve seen it.
Bijan never put his wrangler in “park” and when he panicked and started to exit the Jeep, it kept driving towards the park police officers. In the vid, you can see the look of panic in the whites of his eyes!
Neither park police officers were “rookies” despite what an xcoo said.

I have a daughter that runs that road every day and Bijan put the lives and safety of other innocent people at a serious risk so that makes him a worthless piece of shit.
