Please. Westfield would have given a much better game even without the QB.

Mickey Thompson has been heard bragging that he hasn't had a senior go through his program without losing a state championship game. True story.

Stone Bridge get what they deserve in the end. Cheaters. Decimated others gool and still can’t win. Time to hang it up MT.

Time for VHSL to do their job. If they won’t actually investigate the transfer situation then pull the rules off the books

The coach of AD of the school in question is who is sent to “verify” the transfers address and the notify the people before they come. So they are home. Total BS

Time to let other schools and coaches keep their kids and see if they can win the big game. Seems ridiculous at this point to keep letting Stone Bridesmaid steal players all the time when they can't coach a big game. Has SB upset anyone in their entire existence?

Let the Doc Era Begin at Lake Braddock

Finally all of the whiny players and parents are gone. The end of the Coach P problem. Now, Coach Doc and his team of coaches can finally build the program that they have been talking about.

Doc has 2 years in. Looking at a program in decline. Glad you like Doc. You can thank Thomas for the current mediocrity. Go Doc! 10 or more wins a year was unrealistic

Never has a team had such an easy path to state semi’s. With realignment, you lose Hylton, Woodbridge & Freedom-W who go to 6B. You get Falls Church and some other bad teams. Don’t want to hear any excuse if you don’t make it from here on out since all the good teams have been removed.

Doc has the LB program on a decline, he was clearly not the right fit for the LB job.

I am sure he is a good guy and says all the right stuff to the admin, teachers, parents, but come on, he has had 3-4 D1 type players and couldn't win a playoff game this year.

When he took over this program it was a top 5 program who always made a deep playoff run. The last 2 years, 1 playoff win, the worse loss in program history, no signature wins.

Look at his former team, Woodson, they just had one of the best seasons in program history. Have been competitive in every game they have played and had 3-4 signature wins.

Doc was hired to coach football and so far its been a disappointment!

LB has a goodly number of kids getting college offers. Some of them D1 so it is not like they didn't have talent. On the other hand they did beat Woodson so there is that.

I think LB is pretty happy with the direction the program is heading. Forum folk can have their opinions and have the win at all cost mentality. I believe the winning will start and it will start the right way in a very positive atmosphere for the players. A new 2 year cycle will be a fresh start for a program that will no longer have any holdovers from the previous regime.
LB haters or old regime lovers, I think you will find fault with anything the new coaching staff does.

That's just like the LB staff, always has excuses never any solutions.

List of excuses so far:
1 schedule is to hard
2 no good players left in the program
3 players are from previous regime and dont listen to the coaches
4 ETC
5 ETC

No the community is not happy with the direction of the program!
Just because the coaches are nice people, doesn't mean they can lead this program.

Just like the other post said, they were hired to coach and maintain football program at the highest level, so far it has fallen well short.

Lake Braddock drops those teams and picks up Falls Church? That’s a joke right? That will not prepare LB for anything. It shouldn’t even be a scrimmage.

I will agree with the previous post. LB football is on their way up. Program is just fine. Obviously your negative posts about the football program is wasted breath. Bunch of hot air. Nobody of importance is listening and caring enough to make the changes you wish would happen. I guess that means most have no clue and are nuts. You are the sane person. Too funny. Win at All Cost! Love it.

Go ahead and make a response. But again, it will not make a difference. Maybe you can stop watching the team, stop going to the games, stop reading about LB football. Boycott LB football. Just go away if you don’t like what you see or hear. You will not be missed.

The players and parents loved Doc when he was at Woodson, when he left we were all crushed.

Then we got a new staff, they came in late in the season, but they went to work from day 1. They started building the program, they worked hard with each player, not just the better players as Doc and his staff would do. The first year we struggled and lost a few close games, but were in most of them and continued to work hard in the off season. The results payed off this year, the team this year went 11-2 and to the quarterfinals of the D6 state championship.

This was one of the best teams in Woodson program history. All the hard work the coaches players and parents put in to rebuilding this program has this community beaming with pride.

As for Doc, we are glad he left, it was a blessing in disguise. We can see the potential this program has and most do not believe this would have been accomplished under Doc. I wish Doc well and hope the grass get greener for him at LB

Coach Doc or his staff have a lot of time on their hands perusing the FU instead of working on 2019 season. Get off the internet and work on your program.

Wrong he USED an address in Regency Park. I worked there and he would get off the bus, sit inside and wait until someone picked him up and shuttled his dumb ass (for real dumb, 1.3 gpa) back to Alexandria.

And its common knowledge he got preferential treatment. Dude skipped more than the double dutch world champs. He was never in school. Kids in the hood talk and I cant believe it hasnt come out and prompted an official investigation.

this kid is def one of the best to come out of WHS. but how the hell does a guy with <2.0, way less, going to make it in college...oh yea....preferential treatment, just like he has always had his entire HS years. You guys say the coach has a zero tolerance policy, but that's only if you are not a started. This kid was hardly ever in school, was the go to guy for party favors and yet getting offers from so many great schools. Kind of sad where our priorities are. And yes, he does live in Alex!

-UCLA

-Miami
-UNC

He worked his ass off to get ahead within the rules.

-No, let's not move on. Want to see Asante's grades?>>> Tulane lets any athlete in right??? No

-You are a troll hiding in the basement.

-A kid from WHS who is jealous or a Madison kid? Or, an adult acting out on FFXU?

-Asante has great grades, goes to class, and is going places.

-You? Really? Losers troll last season. Why move on to the QB???? Maybe your in the band? Or Asante stole your girl?

-Loser, lying, pussy, hiding out here = you!

So I am not a football fan, couldn't care less about HS sports actually. I had a class with gene and I can tell you without a doubt he was there on average 2 days a week. He was kind of a dick to the teacher too.
He did not steel my girl, she's not in to the brothers. So you are either Gene or one of his brothers. But you need to take his nuts out of your mouth.

-I am not one of his brothers. Why do you obsess with Gene? His grades are GREAT. Are you the attendance vice principle at WHS?

-Why do you care about the "QB's antics". Do you monitor "Antics" at WHS?

-He was legally in WHS boundaries. You don't think other coaches looked into it? I know Madison did. But, why do you care?

You are either a jealous loser who can't make a team, or a racist. Most likely both.

Why are you riding your own schools players? There are only a few reasons. Jealousy, racism, or just stupidity. Why not confront Gene yourself? Because you are a coward who hides on here. No balls.

munching, cock-sucking, cum-gurgling, pillow-biting, ass hat the last poster is.

No doubt he is a lib piece of shit too.

Twice you reference racist when there is NOTHING at all to indicate that the kid is racist.

So sick of self-hating whites calling everyone who has a real cock and a backbone a racist.

Facts are that Asante lived/lives within the Westfield boundaries. As a matter of fact he lived from July through January with one of the other WF players and his family. Asante also got over a 1300 on his SAT the one and only time he took it this past summer. Asante also got straight A's the first quarter of this year, he's not stupid, his overall GPA is just under a 3.0 hence all the D1 offers recently. Lastly to the dumbass who posted he's always out partying, Asante is deeply religious, doesn't drink, doesn't smoke, doesn't believe in pre-marital sex, etc.. So stop with all the bullshit lies and accusations. Kid worked his ass off, classroom, sports, part-time job at Chantilly CC, etc.. Maybe you should work as hard as Asante has, then you might get somewhere in life instead of being a bitter troll......

"Facts are that Asante lived/lives within the Westfield boundaries. As a matter of fact he lived from July through January with one of the other WF players and his family"

Live with another family because his is in Alexandria

"Asante is deeply religious, doesn't drink, doesn't smoke, doesn't believe in pre-marital sex"

and you know this because Gene said so right? You cannot be that gullible, can you!

And as far as getting offers from schools like Tulane, I know lots of kids that get offers and once the school sees the grades its a big NO. Remember Dexter Manley graduated from college and couldnt read. You got guys like Channing Crowder and Plaxico Burress getting college, not because they are smart, because they can play ball. So whatever, the kid CAN play but dont make him out to be the next Albert Einstein.

You're correct, Asante's parents live in Alexandria, but he has lived in Centreville, within the Westfield boundaries, since the summer of him coming into his freshman season. He lived with his brother in the apartments off of Stone Rd from then until this July. He then moved in with a family who resides in Virginia Run who helped him with his SAT prep and getting his GPA up. Once the season was over he then moved back in with his brother who now lives in Herndon, still within the Westfield boundaries. So sorry to blow your theory on his living situation, none of this is against the rules.

I know Asante quite well, so yes, I know he is extremely religious and not a bad kid. In regard to your question of his grades/scores, he did not put any effort into his grades until this year. He had a 2.5 and had not taken the SAT coming into the summer. He prepared himself and took the SAT in August, received a 1330. He then got a 4.0 the first quarter this year to raise his grade point average. That's why all the offers late in the football season, it had nothing to do with him playing LB, it all had to do with his GPA and SAT scores.

Since you seem to think you're well informed of the recruiting process then I'm sure you're aware the schools that have recently made offers have a different set of standards than the schools who had been pursuing Asante heading into his senior season. Also, regardless of what you think, Tulane is one of the few D1 FBS schools who only offer scholar athletes, why do you think they've been so bad for so long?

So please, stop posting bullshit that is not only false, but shows your obvious lack of knowledge to Asante's situation. The kid took advantage of every bit of help that was offered, all again within the rules, and it worked out for him, period, end of story....

BTW, I never made him out to be Albert Einstein, far from it. However you're the one who came on this board to post bullshit, lies, and your opinion. I just thought I defend the kid with facts, something you seem to be lacking.......

In the topic of tutors. There are so many people who have problems with mathematics, it seems to me that hiring a tutor is really the most effective way to solve this problem. Here I hired myself a tutor https://www.ezymathtutoring.com.au/tutors/summer-hill-2130. So it seems to me that for you this can also be a good option. Try
