2 flaws in your "argument", or what is supposed to pass for one.

1. There were states where slavery was illegal, so slaves could not have built their economies/infrastructure or anything else.

2. Industry is what built this country. It was widely known, even in the late 18th century, that slavery is unprofitable in an industrial economy. This is why in some northern states where legal slavery did persist, you found it only in the agricultural parts of the state. New Jersey is a shining example. New Jersey allowed slavery even up to the outbreak of the Civil War, although, when that happened, it was under gradual abolition. New Jersey completed that abolition before the war ended.

Northern New Jersey was heavily industrialized. Slavery was almost non-existent in Northern New Jersey. Southern New Jersey had an agricultural economy made up of many small farms, where the freeholders had one or two slaves each to help on the farm. Slavery is profitable in an agrarian economy. It is not profitable in an industrial economy.

Old tractors and implements just rust or get recycled when you are finished working.
America is plagued by millions of obsolete farm machinery that reproduces and consumes resources with no useful purpose.
