Fairfax County Board of Supervisors Adopts Social Equity Resolution

I read through the documents and this one leaves me scratching my head just a little bit. Everything is so vague and indirect. What is the actual real life policy going to be? Is it essentially letting people know that the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors aspires to be a modern day Robin Hood? i.e. rob the rich and give to the poor?
This opening sentence is mildly disturbing: One Fairfax emphasizes the importance of making County-wide decisions through the lens of [race]

Democrats rob from the middle class and give to the lazy leeches to buy votes. They do not rob from their rich limo lib masters.

It means that in nice still white upper middle class areas of the county they are going to start importing niggers and dump them in a high rise project.

Unless the neighborhood is mostly left-wing Dems. While we expect blacks to vote for us as told, we don't want them living anywhere near us!

I believe that the School Board adopted this one or two years ago and this time through the School Board was just reaffirming their support of it. Thus far it has been a feel good resolution for the Supervisors and SB Members can feel good about themselves, however, after holding the line on R.E. tax increases last year they will be pushing hard for a HUGE increase this year. There is a lot of pent up demand for funds for police, diversion program and other programs that have been put on hold due to the lack of funds. On the Schools side LOOK OUT AND HOLD ONTO YOUR WALLETS.
