Most people know it's rude but do;t care. Talking nicely to people who know they're rude is a waste of time. Handle rudeness with straightforwardness -- that'll work. If not, Door Camera captures 'em and send them a bill. Then Small claims court. FFX has come down harder on animal nuisance ordinances.
