Velocity 5 Centreville Murder. One arrest made!

Harold Garnett was stabbed to death by Vidal Flores Cuchillas. Both are from Centreville. Happened Saturday morning around 2am. Anybody know what led to this?

A local contractor has been hiring illegals and then killing them at the end of the job to avoid paying them. FCPD believe Cuchillas' murder of Garrett is related to this ongoing csse...

Garnett was a Contractor? He was only 27 years old. I doubt this. Most Contractor's are in their 40s.

This establishment has been over serving since it opened. Routinely people leave very innibrated. Now someone is dead. A formal complaint and petition for revocation of liqueur license is pending.

Couldn't find any arrest's for the spic Vidal Cuchillas in FX Court records. The victim has a few arrest's for drug possession (pot) and drunk in public.

FCPD press release:
Sully Police District – A 27-year-old man has died from injuries he sustained in a late night bar fight outside Velocity 5 in Centreville. Officers were called to the 5800 block of Trinity Parkway around 2:15 this morning for a possible stabbing. They found Harold Garnett, of Centreville, with wounds to his upper body. He was taken to the hospital in critical condition, and was expected to survive. His condition worsened throughout the day and he was pronounced dead this evening.

Last night, responding officers immediately saturated the area, and one of our K-9 units located the suspect in bushes nearby. Vidal Flores Cuchillas, 38, of Centreville, was arrested and taken to the Adult Detention Center where he is being held without bond. He was originally charged with malicious wounding, but now that Garnett has died, detectives will be meeting with the Office of the Commonwealth’s Attorney to amend the charge.
