need help with auto shop question

Hi,

I have a question, one of our glorious roads decided to fuck up one of my tires, and, to add insult to injury, knocked my alignment out.

Just Tires in vienna said they would have to put a new tire on, plus install, Then charge 80 bucks for alignment. is there anywhere out there that will align my wheel for free if i buy a new tire from them?

prob not... but save the bill, then go take a picture of what F'd it up (pothole?) and send both to the DOT
