Racist Halloween display in Ffx Co.

OAKTON, Va. (ABC7) — Jamie Stephenson saw it for the first time Saturday and it stopped her in her tracks. So, she took a photo of what she says was a Halloween depiction of a black man being lynched in her neighbor’s yard.

"It was a human form that was stuffed, that had rope around its neck hanging between two trees and was very dark-skinned in the face and head. I was appalled," Stephenson told ABC7 News.
