In response to earlier arguments, please note that Mount Vernon is the most 'diverse' school, and please note its ranking.

You demonstrated the most 'diverse' school scored the lowest. I'm not sure what that demonstrates.

It's also been pointed out here that you get similar results for mostly white schools in poorer communities. It's more about socio-economic factors than merely race.

According to this:[www.fcps.edu] Lake Braddock is 109. It also has the average SAT and ACT scores in there as well. Also, what's with most of the schools getting worse over the years?

Langley falls from 55 to 102.
Mclean falls from 99 to 115.
Oakton never in the top 100.
Yet Woodson goes from 74 to 72?
I'd like to know how they concluded that Woodson is the "best" school in Fairfax County.
