House cleaning company: what exactly do they do

Do they just vacuum and dust?
I’ve got a townhouse I want cleaned. “Heavy” dusting and cleaning.

How much does a 2400sqft townhouse usually cost to “deep clean?”

Their services are vague on their websites. I just want them to come in once or twice a year and make the place shine.

Not sure if that makes sense

Don't sign anything with a cleaning service until they come out and do a walk-through. They need to see your place to understand the job best.

I have an illegal lady clean my place, they provide way more service than the big name companies. She dusts, vacuums, cleans my dishes and puts them away, runs a load of laundry, folds my clothes and cleans inside my fridge. The only downside is she works solo so it takes her about 4 hours. I pay $100 for a 2,000 sqft house.
