The Cheesecake Factory is open until 12:30 on Fridays and Saturdays.
Maggiano's is open until 11:00 on Fridays and Saturdays.
Pulcinella is open until 11:30 on Fridays and 11:00 on Saturdays.

After a hard night of drinking taco bell tastes like steak and lobster.
I think when judging a place to eat you have many factors. Price, location, how drunk you are, trying to impress a date or just want eye candy like Hooters.

I don't drink very often. I hate to waste calories on beverages (unless I plan on getting trashed) and I am pretty paranoid about drunk driving. Personally, I just prefer to have people over at my place. I pick up munchies from Wegmans or Giant and stock the bar. Usually that covers all of our needs. If drinking runs particularly late, I may get a craving for pancakes. In that case, any diner (or even IHOP) will do. I've found that my pancakes just don't come out as well when I'm intoxicated.

Amphora is just an over priced IHOP where Vienna cops like to chill at. And Vienna is NOT the place you want to be late at night if your not completely clean.

I used to hit the one at Glebe and Pershing Drive on my (drunken) way outta DC. Old white haired guy used to throw it atcha....patty melt and a double order of hash browns. The guy used to get pissed off because I liked to dump half a bottle of ketchup on my hash browns.
Got arrested there one night for punchin a guy. My first (and only) ride in an Arlington paddy wagon!
Haven't been to Mario's on Wilson Blvd in YEARS.....but those Indian guys that worked the late shift used to tickle the shit out of me. Super double and cheese!
