My friend car is towed from visitor parking that has visitor permit hanging.They said if parked for 3 nights then they will tow and before towing they will give warning.They had very tiny sticker on the winshield which was not noticable.My friend is abroad and they want the notarized written authorization.That also agreed.The question is what will be the standard silze of warning sign .what will be the period to correct the violations before towing.Also they are giving me false information to store the car longer day ti get mire miney.they gave wrong fax number to send the authorization letter.each time j call they are sayimg they have not received fax yet. Csb we file a case on the towing company?

(1) NVCC Annandale campus ran that scam for YEARS. fx co gov laughed at it and they are likely still stealing from students today and still alughing. a life of crime has no legal limitations: i think it's JAIL TIME FOR THEM, the fees stolen are quite obviously far more than $200 (grand theft,auto).

(2) no you can't mis-use visitor parking but not all visitor parking is ruled by law: it's legally required by developers who build the place to have a certain number of each kind of parking: however what's over that is PURELY SPECULATIVE legally speaking - highly debateable. you can chew on that one safely. start by counting the spaces to see if any are not by law / extra.

(3) IT'S ABSOLUTELY ILLEGAL TO PLACE ANY LEGAL NOTICE OR SALES NOTICE OR WARNING OF ANY KIND IN WRITING THAT IS TOO SMALL OR IN PLACEMENT WHERE ONE'S EYES DO NOT TYPICALLY FALL (must fall upon without searching, such as under wiper)
