It's true .DACA is not a law. The supposed constitutional scholar Barry Sotero wrote it. Any subsequent president can delete it.We should probably change the law on executive orders to avoid things being reversed by each successive president.

DACA isn't law. It never was. It was a policy position on how Executive Branch resources were going to be used in enforcing immigration laws. It is the same trick Republican presidents have used to not enforce laws they don't agree with, such as violations of environmental regulations.
