Health inspections in grocery stores? Who to report violations to?

My local grocery store frequently has expired products on shelves, flirt and mold in the refrigerator section, and questionable produce. It appears the health department does not oversee and inspect grocery stores, only restaurants. Who does one report this to?

Stop being racist and hateful.

Mold and bacteria and a general disgusting way of maintaining the premises are hallmarks of asian culture. Nothing will be done about this in Fairfax.

The employees have to arrive early at the warehouse clubs to remove the food and packaging damaged by the rats that invade overnight.
