The reason this website works is because of the lack of moderation and censorship. The only way stuff is removed from this forum is by the will of the original poster or...a court order.
Anyone who has notions of carpetbagging on in here, buying the site and thinking they can "improve" things with moderation and censorship will find this forum has become a graveyard overnight...total crickets.
The intellectual property of FairfaxUnderground.com might be bought and sold like so many trading cards but...NEVER the will of the users. Our will is NOT for sale and will not be bought. Take that shit and peddle it somewheres else...

I don't believe any admin or owner of this site would turn down 5 mil. You can talk all day about integrity and not being a sell out but everyone's go their price and I'm sure that price is well below $5M for most of you.
If the site did get sold, and someone hosts a new one it would never be the same. This domain has notoriety, It was always this weird kinda cool thing when I was in highschool. I doubt it can be reborn.
