Hello,

Do you know anyone who is in need of a residential or commercial loan? Our company is an investment banking firm based in the Washington DC area. We are looking to team up with local developers, home builders, entrepreneurs and borrowers who are in need of financing for their commercial or residential properties.

Please let me know your thoughts. Your feedback is greatly appreciated~

Need a refi with substantial RE collateral, great credit and low LTV. But newly self employed with little documented income.Paying 6% on one loan, but want to pay around 5%.
