Soooo... if McDonnell wins, when he becomes responsible for whatever VA problems?

What's the commonly accepted 'grace' period (if there's one)? I'm curious since it appears that at the country level Bush is still blamed for everything.

I heard the first thing McDonnell is going to do is remove all fire extinguishers from public schools and outlaw Caller ID.

If Republicans were trying to blame Clinton and Carter during the financial implosion ... never! Bush is going to be like Carter, a complete failure that discredits that party for decades.
