You are quite correct, of course, regarding Fairfax being better off. In fact, the entire state will be better off.
There are exceptions, such as Vince(1) of the FFXU, but I am sure you agree, he and others like him, don't know what's the best for the Commonwealth. We can only hope that his loved ones (are there any?) will keep him comfortable and, perhaps, even fulfilled in some way, in the special home we Virginians provide for him and others like him.

maybe you're right, but that end of PA Avenue isn't the only problem. The Prez needs to be better at finding some middle ground. Dumping Emanuel would be a good start.
