End of Republican Party in Va?

If the Republican party loses in VA today can they still survive in VA? Does the VA Republican party need serious reform?

No. Not at all. Another year of Obama will work wonders. The Republicans need to do nothing more.

The Republicans will win in Va this year, reignite the culture wars and show their true colors. There will still be gridlock and budget shortfalls, but "morals" will be looking good!!!

The only morals Republicans have is putting more dollars in their wallet, regardless of how they get the dollar.

If it was legal for Republicans to hire lawyers to shoot people and take their money, Republicans would be hiring every lawyer they could find.

The McDonnell/Cuccinelli era in Virginia will make people long for the happy times and good old days under Gilmore (repeal the car tax) and Allen (SOLs). Deeds and the Democrats were totally absent when it came to ideas and you could only go so far with the claim that McDonnell hates working women, believing that they should be home raising lots of children. Now we can look forward to the Commonwealth in our bedrooms and enforcing all sorts of conservative social policy while the transportation infrastructure turns to crap and our schools begin to resemble Mississippi or Alabama.

McDonnell wants to find the typical waste, fraud and abuse (WFA) in government to fund projects while cutting the budget and taxes, but where, exactly is that $1B really hiding after years and years of searching? Plus, if NOVA felt ignored and dissed by Richmond before, well I can just imagine how we are going to be raped over the next 4 years.

Robin Hood did not take from the rich and gave to the poor. Robin Hood took from the tax collector (Sheriff of Nottingham) and gave the money back to the people.

Yes, you're right: Gilmore and Allen were great! I am sure McDonnell will be too.

I guess that I should have turned on the sarcasm flag with my message.
