Hippie dancing on rt 50?

Anyone notice this hippie girl dancing on rt 50 by greenbriar shopping center? She must have been on something because as she was crossing the street she was blowing kisses to all the cars. Hats off to her!

No, did not notice. Would offer to pay more into the GCA to have hippy girls dancing at Rt. 50 at Majestic while I wait 3 minutes for one car to cross the intersection.
