Huge win for Ryan L McElveen

The building where NoVa Firearms was located near Franklin Sherman ES in McLean (the former Lubin Photography studio for many years) now has a big "For Lease" sign out front.

Are they moving? Even if it was legal, I don't think they were ever welcome so close to a public school. Many parents with children at the school will be happy to see them gone.

Drove by today and noticed the For Lease banner over the sign and the place was empty.

They must have moved out under the cloak of darkness.

Yelp reviews for online orders were poor, took too long to get products.

Curious as to what happened to these guys and if they went somewhere else.

All was quiet except for the McLean dope head that broke into the place about a year or so ago and stole 2 pistols which were later recovered after he committed armed robbery at a few convenience stores/gas stations.

The guy who broke into the store was from Brewster, MA, not McLean.

I'm sure McElveen's happy the store is gone but it sounds like the store didn't have good service and customers didn't really like the location after all.
Maybe next time they won't lease space near a school just so they can get some short-term publicity.
