Chinese hackers, phishers and spammers

wHEN THE LATITUDE AND LONGITUDE OF THE ORIGINATION CALLER WAS TRASCKED DOWN, IT WAS FOUND AT LATITUDE 39.129228 AND LONGITUDE 76.789212, LOCATION TURNS OUT TO BE AT yOPURGA, kASHGAR, xINJIANG, cHINA. They use local spoofed phone numbers to get people to answer the phone.

It has gotten to the point that if I don't know the person or number I just let it flip into voicemail.
