Isis vs. antifa?

So Isis blows up antiquities on ideological Grounds and antifa and liberals want to tear down our historical symbols for the same reason. Not saying I agree with the statues and memorials reasons fir existing necessarily, but show where the law permits anyone offended the right to tear shit up? Would it be okay for mohamedeans to tear up the 9-11 memorials?
