Lawyer or not - you will lose your drivers license 6 months - 1 year. You will be on probation, which likely means at least one visit to a Probation Officer. Tell the P.O. nothing but the facts of your case, otherwise that will come back to bite you in the butt.
You will have to enroll in an "educational program" and pay a couple hundred bucks for the priviledge-- VASAP most likely - be VERY careful with that. That agency is the darling of the courts and politicians because it runs on YOUR dime not the taxpayers (supposedly). Their inept employees act like former drunks/druggies and try to get you to confess to more than you did. Once in their web, they will make you attend more $$$ sessions based on your "addiction".
They will turn you back to the Court on a "probation violation" for no good reason and they don't need to prove anything to drag you back to court and prolong your "educational therapy". Especially guard your urine sample during their mandatory drug testing and be clean for your test.
Be sure to show up for all your appointments and proceedings and pay your fines on time. Do that, and your case will be dismissed after 6 months - year.
A lawyer MIGHT help you get the charge reduced to something lesser, such as trespassing or some such thing- but you will still have to do all of the above.
Either way, this charge will be hanging over you while - you should avoid parties like this whether you are drinking or not. Even if you were not drinking they could charge anyone underage at such a party with Alcohol posession. Anyone over age would be charged with contributing to a deliquency of a minor. Blame MADD and other "temperance" organizations for spoiling your fun.
