McDonnell's New Ads - No VA Taxes and pay VA Residents

IN effort to close the gap growing between Deeds and McDonnell, McDonnell announced this morning that he will completely abolish all taxes in the State of Va for 2009. His new plan also will pay each resident of the commonwealth $10,000 from State funds.

When ask how this plan will work, McDonnell replied, "Very simple, we use 2010-2012 revenues to pay the funds this year. This will in turn create more VA jobs and allow for funding of the NOVA transportation plan. Virginia must be a tax free State on everything."

Having a fucking plan that creates more VA debt and more spending on transportation isn't really a plan.
