Scavengers??

Hi,
I've been living in the area for a while now, and have seen at random times and places stickers posted on stop signs and other such traffic signs that read "scavengers." Am curious if anyone else has noticed this odd posting and if anyone knows what it means or what they are? Probably something juvenile and High School related...thanks.

I see quite a few on my daily drives down Burk Ct Pkwy, never really thought about them too much tho

Scavengers = Gloryholes
F.Y.I. gloryholes are in the area if you see this sign posted on stop signs, doors, windows.... It's a GAY thing, you wouldn't understand. Also I am looking for some new gloryholes in the Fairfax area. If you have found any good ones please let me know. I am tired of the same old spots and am looking for some strange. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
