I absolutely hate the legal system but don't mind using it against a corporation.

Long story short, I was assaulted at a Walmart a few months ago in the area and the staff did nothing to help even though it was in plain sight. I defended myself and wasn't hurt but was berated by the staff and some customers because race was involved. The police came and sided with me. I wasn't hurt physically but still want to sue Walmart for having an unsafe environment.

I have a video of the incident and want to use it to settle with Walmart. If it went viral, I guarantee they would lose half of their business from white males and it would go viral, even be on CNN.

Any known lawyers in the area, jewish or white men only, who you know of that would take a case like this, please let me know.

The shitskin who assaulted me is not worth going after. I want the big bucks.

Any white man entering a wal mart can reasonably be expected to be accosted, if not physically assaulted - by any number of dark savages hailing from all over the undeveloped world.

If wal mart were to pay even a modest sum every time an incident like this occurred, they would have been broke so long ago that no one would have heard of them.

Fair enough. I appreciate your advice. It was literally the second Walmart I have been in in my entire life.

Whenever a potential client brings me a case like this which is mostly about principal, the first thing I ask is how much of their own money are they willing to pay me today to take the case. Clients are happy to have attorneys invest hundreds of hours of the attorneys' time and thousands of the attorneys' dollars for their principals, but very few are willing to spend their own money to do so. Also most attorneys who take cases on a contingent fee basis expect to see a per hour return much higher than what they get on an hourly rate basis. That means for a contingent fee case you want a good client, clear liability, good damages and an opposing party with deep pockets.

If the staff would have attempted to help you they would have been fired. That's how Walmart is. Their employees are not supposed to become involved in things like this.

Post the video. If it goes viral Walmart will settle. Look what happened with the delta airlines dragged off the plane video and subsequent settlement.

#1 get a lawyer the judge is afraid of "a good lawyer"

#2 make sure your lawyer is committed to winning your case to the red eyes

your money won't do it: he'll just double that by taking your money and then again money from the other side of the isle to throw your case

get pictures of your lawyer fucking someone else's wife and extort him to win the case "OR ELSE"

then, you might have something going

make sure your lawyer is not the same race as you, but not white

that way you have a path to throw a racist card with - whcih is likely why your going to court anyway

Hello, I am sorry for your situation, but you are not alone here. I don't know if it is a good idea to sue Walmart for that, but you don't have anything to lose, except the sum of money you that are going to give your lawyer for taking the case. I recommend you to contact a lawyer, and to give some more details about the incident, and also to read more about personal injury , it might help you in your trial. Oh, I had to work with a personal lawyer myself, and it was a real challenge to find a decent one. I can recommend you to check this website , and I'm sure these lawyers will help you. I'm glad I found this company a few years ago because I had to deal with some more accidents, and every time I managed to get compensation.
