where to get PS3 or Wii? (best place to wait in line?)

Both the PS3 and Wii are coming out in about 10 days.

I'm wondering where I should go and wait in line for one?

Stores like BestBuy don't have a place for people to wait,
so if the weather is really cold, it's gonna be a pain...

What are my best chances in Fairfax County?

By the way, I have to buy it from a store physically located within the
jurisdiction of Fairfax County, so please don't refer me to stores in
Faifax City, Vienna, or Arlington.

Maybe it's some new gaming law for PS3 and Wii games. You have to buy the game in the County(cities not included) where you are going to play it. LOL
