Question about SS Disability lawyer
Posted by: Newbie1919 ()

Hello...this is my first post and I have been going through to see what other people are doing and have done to be able to actual receive disability benefits. I have so many issues its hard to count. I have chronic migraines, a condition called trigeminal neuralgia that causes the worst pain imaginable to the left side of my face multiple times a day. Major depressive disorder with anxiety, and obese to boot. Others but I wont go on. But my QUESTION is, does anyone have any suggestions in the NOVA area for a good disability lawyer? I was just denied and I am desperately looking for a good lawyer to represent me. I am very grateful for any help!! Thx.

This is how it works.

You file the paperwork then go in front of an Administrative Law Judge.

If you're white, even if you have reams of documentation, letters from doctors, all kinds of examinations and that, the judge still denies you. You keep appealing and they still deny you.

If you're black, you go in there popping your gum, with your baseball hat cocked to the side like a goof and the only documentation you have is "Uh kain'ts work yo' Honnah", you get it in about 2 minutes.

The lawyers are all totally fucking useless. They have all these "high" reputations, because most of their clients are ghetto trash who "kain'ts work yo' honnah".

The illegals just come in with all their anchor babies. The ALJ gives it to them just to get all these screaming poopy diaper smelly kids who're eating and dropping crumbs everyywhere out of the place.

If you're white, you aren't getting it. Maybe Walmart is hiring greeters.

You don't need disability. Do some research on healthy eating and Get a gym membership, work with a physical therapy oriented trainer, and get your body moving every day. Bodies were meant to move, and all these pains and problems occur when you sit/lay around doing nothing all day. There are clinics and Doctors in Fairfax who can get you on the right track to healing yourself (ie Roselle Center for Healing, http://www.rosewellness.com/northern-virginia-functional-medicine-holistic-healthcare-functional-medicine-physician/ and others.

NONE OF THE ABOVE

go to (the aid office) and let them steer you to people who do the paperwork for you (assuming you have no money for a lawyer)

get medical attention from someone else - it sounds like your doctor is crap (that you have legit medical issues like diabetes, and your doctor is trying to kill you with depression medications to cover up the fact they aren't treating the real problem)

Applying for disability is always worth it, in my opinion. You won't lose anything, and can gain some help from the government.

Of course! In fact, you can re-apply for disability as well, so if your first try failed, you can simply come back after hiring ssd lawyers and power through your Texas SSDI application with absolutely no problems whatsoever. This option is very valuable for people that are qualified for disability, but don't have the time to gather necessary paperwork.

I think that you need to ask these questions Ananin Chermol Khattar Fishman PLLC because they have an SSI Appeal Lawyer and probably this person will be able to help you and give advice as well. Don't waste your time and money and try to find some reliable and trustworthy resources. Good luck with it.

The Alphabet above answered this correctly and you may apply his answer to any entitlement program.

When applying for federal, state, county, or city jobs always check the box that you are represent one of the minority groups and you will certainly be interviewed and likely hired. Pocahontas used this tactic and has served in the U.S. Senate for many years now.
