Call VDOT and ask them. Seems like every rode they repave like this one in the last two years gets a bike lane

japan and china make all the bikes
think of it that way: follow the fucking money
a1) asian accountants and huge spending on parks
a2) usa left the bike indistry because surpeme court of usa allowed dumping (sweat shop bikes)
a3) do you really think it's cheaper to ship a metal bike from china than to build in usa? if you do your fucking stupid. it's all a fucking treasonous setup.
