Is it possible that he did the murder for MS13. Was he a gang member? What else could have lead to him doing something so violent?

Saw recently that 28% of unaccompanied minors are gang members.
Regardless, being from El Salvador, even if he isn't a gang member, his attitude towards murder is probably very influenced by where he came from.
Fairfax county has taken in over 4000 unaccompanied minors since 2014, that means 28% of 4000 = 1120 new gang members because we don't have a border wall to stop them. Any wonder why we are seeing so much MS 13 crime now?
The surge from 2014 to now, HHS reports that the number of unaccompanied minors has risen over 4 times the levels prior to 2014.
It's no wonder FCPS has a budget shortfall with this many new students without new taxpayers. Plus, the high price of educating non English speakers.
Considering the crime increase, murders, sex trafficking of minors that this also brings, the unsecure border really is causing huge problems locally in Fairfax County that affects all of us. We are all paying to educate these kids with higher property taxes, larger class size, increased crime and increased law enforcement costs.
