Obama was caught frequently in money scandals - almost DAILY more illegitimate news of money gone the wrong way.
1) a billion to his black political friends in detroit using MILITARY money
2) a billion to california democrat election funding using TAXPAYER MONEY
and countlessly sending money and technology to USA competitors and enemies
