VIRGINIA — (AP) A leading figure in the “alt-right” movement had his gym membership revoked after a Georgetown University professor confronted him during a workout and called him a neo-Nazi.

Professor C. Christine Fair told The Associated Press on Monday that the Old Town Sport&Health club in Alexandria, Virginia, informed her that it terminated the membership of white nationalist Richard Spencer following last Wednesday’s confrontation in the gym.

The gym’s general manager didn’t immediately respond to a call for comment. Fair said she believes the gym made a “business decision” in pulling Spencer’s membership.

Spencer told BuzzFeed that he didn’t think the gym’s decision was fair. The website published a copy of the gym’s termination letter to Spencer, and it didn’t cite a reason.

“I’m really a model gymgoer. I don’t bother anyone. I don’t talk to anyone. I really just go and lift weights,” Spencer said.

Fair, who teaches at Georgetown’s School of Foreign Service, published photos of her confrontation with Spencer

She has ALL THE EVIDENCE of her own starting the confrontation on her cell phone which can be subpoenaed etc. Make her pay a million $ for verbal harassment, bullying, public disturbance of the peace for picking a fight with someone she knew would have to defend themselves in a public place.

they go by Inquisition Law (king's court law) not (greek/italian/euorpean) University Equity Law

the Judges are picked politically

you haven't got a prayer in a communist court if your not a "political pick"

they go by "inquisition law" (a person is labeled a defendant, not allowed to prosecute, and must answer any question no matter how pointed and biased the judge asks - even though answering might be incriminating due to limited scope of question, which is at the hear of debating rules)

and yes "the Spanish inquisition" did get it's name from inquisition law and that is why they asked "are you a catholic loyal to spanish?" before slaying their opponents

(not allowed to CROSS-prosectute. in the original system of university law the more common lawsuit was neither side was "labeled" a defendant and both sides litigated against each other: they were called "litigants")

county governments are parliaments (assuming they have weaponed enforcement, which fx co gov does). they supposedly have a COnstitutional lawyer oversee their edicts do not trangress VA and USA law: however they can get around that easily by "hiring their own".

there are two prosecutions the man would do

1) is the gym owner. it's illegal for an establishment to block certain people due to their politics. infact democrats recently sued "a flower girl" for refusing to sell flowers for a gay wedding, and won.

of course: democrats are exactly the kind of shit that they use "equity law" only when it benefits them.

he would not be kicked out of the gym if it wasn't for a CEO making political attacks on particular customers. and BTW: he's not an owner: it's a franshice run by the stock market, which gives him ABSOLUTELY NO RIGHTS to act like he owns it.

2) the teacher - it's not the problem if she decides to "speak freely". it's the fact she cannot be trusted to grade papers - which is an IMMEDIATE AND EVEN DEADLY THREAT on a student who might become poor if downgraded unfairly: and poor people die allot more often than rich

3) fx co and va

for promoting and enabling the whole thing using tax money

they would have the man's own (share of the USA) used against him politically - not using even their own money to attack him

4) stupidity

democrats have been called to be PUT IN PRISON by many voters

they somehow feel it's ok to get away with all the crap they pull then push others around because "they don't agree"

democrats can "attack trump for playing golf" by democrats who play golf. what kind of f'ing sense does that make?

but their opponents, IF WEAK, are not allowed to hold different viewpoint or associate with people they wish to associate with

they are awful examples of mankind and do deserve prison time

This guy is a sucker if he does not do the following:

2) take only classes where you are assured that political opinion does not affect your grade, and do wonder if that bitch is not fucking someone at the school to make your life worse. women can and will do that.

3) if at all possible ...

claim breach of contract on the school loans (as being harassed and politically downgraded is specifically breach of assumed contract)

school elsewhere where your political life is not a factor, perhaps an online school

Richard Spencer sounds like an asshole, but it sounds like the Georgetown "professor" provoked this confrontation.

If the gym contract can be terminated for any reason, tough. If not, the gym is a bunch of whiners.
