RICHMOND — (AP) Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe has pardoned a years-old minor driving offense committed by an immigrant mother of two, saying he hopes the move will help prevent her being deported by President Donald Trump’s administration.

McAuliffe said Wednesday he’s pardoned 30-year-old Liliana Cruz Mendez of Falls Church, whose case immigration advocates have said is emblematic of the harsh stance immigration authorities are taking under Trump.

The advocacy group CASA said Cruz Mendez came to the U.S. from El Salvador a decade ago and came to officials’ attention in 2013 after being stopped for a broken taillight. She was arrested earlier this month after going with her lawyer to a check-in appointment at an Immigration and Customs Enforcement office, though she’d previously received two deferrals from deportation in 2014 and 2015.

Mc'Cauliffe from another state (new jersey) wants to use Virginia's land and housing and give it away to illegals, and meanwhile allow legals to run government and spitefully attack and even torture whites - who these fucking foreigners are out to get.

---------------------------------

The fact is people in the USA also have sad stories and she is El Salvador's debt not USA's debt problem.

She vacationed in the USA that's fine but she over-stayed her visa.

What Mc'Auliffe is doing is robbing from poor abused white people or other denizens to gain loyalist ties to a regime in south america that hates the USA.

La Casa is full of crap - they are rich, and running a 501c program using USA TAX DOLLARS to aid illegals in USA.

SUMMARY: in the 80's Mexico called USA the devil, today they are swarming in dc like locusts living lifestyles with a standard of living 3x that of what they said was the devil: most often through corrupt gov contract deals in the USA

THERE IS NO OTHER RACE which is so prone (except maybe blacks) to creating sob stories and blaming the people they are stealing from.

AS SOON AS THEY FUCKING get an upper hand, history shows well, they are cruel as shit as gov workers.

don't listen to the sad story she is sad she got caught - there are likely ONE MILLION OTHERS LIKE HER in the DMV area

Not the full story - she came illegally, court ordered deportation in 2009, then she had a broken tail light while driving without a license.

I still feel sorry for folks but i really hate the news reports telling slanted stories.

if you enter a country on a temporary stay visa you have absolutely no right to pretend the people who say "hey - you lied - your still here and are somehow getting welfare or weaseled your way into a sweet gov job" are evil or are sending you to some kind of hell

YOUR A FUCKING LIAR AND YOU KNOW IT

there are gov jobs in south america and infact a higher percent of all jobs in south america are gov jobs. there is also welfare in south america.

there are casinos in south america, beaches, grocery stores, malls, ...

there IS likely more to the story, like she killed her ex before coming to usa, or what else. why so much resistance to "not go back". why not go back for a while and visit again later?

the answer is obvious: there is some criminal involvements going on.

as long as she votes democrat and it only costs mc'auliffe someone else's money: that's all he cares

the standard for immigration was ...

you take the skilled labor from other countries, not the welfare cases from other countries (obviously that's a form of bribe - taking on large debt for a county that is building playgrounds for the rich - and using it for the purpose the illegals vote democrat)

which simply makes good sense

England, france, spain were historically angry about loosing skilled labor to the "new world" (USA) and tried to prevent it

while there were exceptions made (natural disasters, certain people). and certain exceptions made that some americans fought against (using the USA as a dumping ground for anyone from any country who claimed due to war in their country they "weren't safe there" - which by the way was a political debate in the 80's AND STILL IS TODAY: because it wasn't done in the past and the biggest issue was how easily democrats could abuse and were abusing that "allowance")

people brought in by democrats "to vote democrat" who willingly broke laws to "fuck over the USA" simply don't deserve exceptions of any of the above. neither do party crashers or people getting welfare checks of dead people!
