The roaches are so bold they don't even bother to hide in the day! Management sucks there is a asshole guy who works here who is unprofessional. This is not a place to raise your kids lots of gang activity. Lots of rodents and trash area is disgusting. On move in day I expected the place to be clean but the carpet was infested with fleas! Maintenance knocked and it was a guy with blue goves asking if i had a bed bug problem! It was not for me but ny next door neighbor. Needed to vent! Just here a few weeks and hate it.

How do you know they are From Reston, would you prefer the ones from Chantilly or Fairfax?

The idiot who has boldly proclaimed that his Confederate flag is not coming down raises roaches as a survivalist food source of protein.

He has promoted the consumption & breeding of these insects to his cell of like - thinking inbred prissy boy crack rats.

Extermination is impossible.

Dense & Dumber: the George Washington Carver of cockroaches.

They were willing to give Melancon his money, but they offered him only two years. SF offered him the same money, but for three or four, I forget which, now.

Supposedly, Washington Management is trying to talk SF into trading him. If SF is a contender, this year, it AIN'T GONNA' happen. Supposedly, they are interested in some guy in Chicago and another one in Oakland, as well.

Baker and his coaching staff were sure that Trienan could handle it. He was OK as a reliever last year, but this year he AIN'T been so good.

If Washington is going to make it to the Series, it had better do it this year or next year, at the latest. After 2018, too much of the team likely will be gone.

Werth has this year left on his contract. Do they let him become a free agent, do they give him another year and keep him, or do they sign him for another year so that they have control of him and can trade him to an AL team as a DH and get someone of value for him? If he continues his improved performance this year over last, I would love to see him on the Red Sox as a DH. He has not done poorly in the field, either.

Harper is a free agent after 2018, He has stated more than once that he always did want to play for the Yankees. The Yankees have the money to buy him. If the Yankees do get him, I hope that he gives them subpar years like he had last year.

Michael A. has improved his hitting and is good in the field, but he has improved that hitting only from poor to average.

Goodwin shows promise, but can he replace Harper? He could replace Werth.

Zimmerman is having a career year, so far, but will he fade in 2018? Not unlikely.

Rendon, Murph-the-Surph and Turner will still be around and likely performing well, but will they be enough?

Will Weiters stay?

Scherzer is 32, not too many years left in him. Gio is inconsistent. Tanner has his bad days, but is generally pretty good.

Go to Rite-Aid and buy some boric acid. Lay it down along the edges of the Walls. The cockroaches are immune to anything that the exterminators have or will soon become immune to it. They never, however, have become immune to boric acid and never will. Boric acid explodes their digestive tracts and they die. The things will crawl through it, too, and when they go back to the nest, the other bugs lick it off their legs and die the same kind of death. It doesn't take much boric acid to kill one. The things will be gone in a week at the soonest and two and a half at the latest.

If, however, you have small children, don't do this, as the kids will eat the boric acid, which will make them very sick. The same if you have a dog or cat.

Bro': that lysergic acid isn't making the cockroaches go away...
it's making them do acrobatics and ballet.

What else is this stuff good for?
