FCPS Budget Relies On ICE To Reduce Class Sizes

Instructional programs include elementary, middle, high, special education, adult, and instructional support program costs. For example, FY 2017 elementary program costs include all direct costs to operate FCPS elementary schools, as well as all costs for additional programs offered in elementary schools, such as English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL). Likewise, middle and high school program costs include the associated ESOL costs at the middle and high school levels. Increased enforcement of immigration laws by the federal government will reduce class size in some elementary classrooms to below 30 students, with a commensurate lowering of the ESOL population.

Many are here due to decades of US foreign Policy.
The economies were destroyed or failed due to policies..
Thus, many of the poor folks headed up north.
The chickens came home to roost and this is one of the side effects.
In a way, complaining about African Americans and completely ignoring millions were uprooted and shackled into slavery. Another side effects of total profit capitalism. I'm a capitalist but i'm not selling my soul or exploiting less fortunate to maximize the coinage in my bank account.

The kids born in America are citizens. They have the same rights as other Americans. It's not 3 meals a day asshole it's 2, breakfast and lunch they get dinner at home. The adults come here and work for ten or so years with no intention of becoming citizens. The kids being born here are second families of the workers that come to fill the cheap labor need. Two things will make them go away, make them ALL citizens with the obligations that come with citizenship such as paying taxes or make it illegal for companies to hire them and enforce those laws by putting the heads of companies that use them in jail. We will still be stuck with the kids though they are legal citizens.

The illegal kids just drain the state budget so much that schools need millions more in federal funding to offer quality education and resources our american children need. Also there is the problem of overcrowding in schools. When all the illegals kids arrived alone the liberals bussed many to florida and ither migrant heavy states. Florida accused the fed govt of overcrowdikg their schools and making everything more unaffordable. Also the illegal parents and kids do not know or follow the law. They broke the law in the first place! They think its ok to be underpaid and overworked in asian run businesses, they think its ok to drink and drive, to rape and sexuallu harass (im a victim of this), and to be abusive and cheap when they make manager to other employees. THEY ALSO GIVE OTHER HISPANICS WHO HAVE BEEN HERE SINCE 1970 A BAD NAME!
