They have a huge problem with those dirt bikes in PG, and Baltimore too. Some race hussler a few years ago did one of those Sundance film festival documentaries about the 12 o clock boyz in Baltimore. The film maker was of course truly concerned with law and order (sarcasm, barf...)

White fags are afraid to do anything for fear of being called racist. It’s amazing what suffering white people will go through to avoid criticizing niggers. Just like that nigger lady in charge of the voting down in Florida. She’s been caught cheating numerous times but nobody wants to remove her for fear of being called a racist.
