looking for a job in the dmv that

will allow me to work about 180 days a year or less have 2 months vacation and work only 7 hours ... where should I apply?

About any government job fits your criteria except you would actually do work about two hours a day

Ah, in that case you need to change your requirements.

Teachers only work 6 hour a day and get more like 3 1/2 months off when you add in snow days, school holidays and summer time off.
