Try buying a smart phone in Northern Virginia that has a NoVa area coded phone number with data assignment to the local DNS servers. Then you might be able to fool the governor-censor on the local servers to keep posters local, as in "Northern Virginia areas only. I have heard that there are some posters getting on from out of state that used to live here and moved out, so I am surmising that as long as they keep their local phone number they are still posting the board here.
