Trees do not fall down in complete silence. They make a lot of noise when they are giving it up. This dude had to be a fucking idiot to not hear the tree starting to fall and be able to run out from under it. Darwin wins again.

Branching out is dangerous. In this case, fatal. I guess you could call this an arbortion. Since you missed trimming this tree before it fell, causing a fatality, would that make you an arbortionist?
