What Woodbridge VA OR DALE CITY ever a nice place to live at or was it always all black/spics?

It really was up until @92 following Bush the Elder's Gulf War. The path to riches in the area was played largely by lower rank officers transferring in and buying a primary residence for the family and a townhouse or two for investment. Spend a couple of years at local military facilities gathering a few promotions along the way and then in leaving dump the real estate on some other greater fool at an even higher price.

This would have continued uninterrupted had downsizing and RIFs around that time not reared their ugly heads. Suddenly the world was turned upside down as real estate speculators faced the prospect of mortgage debt and no job. With prices softening and rents plummeting panic ensued. The cries of anguish were heard across the river as social engineers down at HUD were delighted that an intractable black problem in DC could now be moved by Section 8 to suburban Virginia with its safe and secure communities, good schools and social cohesion all waiting to be ruined. The rest is history as they say.

That was an intelligent, well thought out explanation of what happened to Dale City, and you are quite right.

It would be easier to say that the Niggers being shipped out of D.C. ruined the entire area - Including Potomac Mills Mall.

Woodbridge is hell on earth, well, Prince William in its entirety is hello earth.

The widened roads help the little hell devils tear about in great haste.

Should you care to visit hell on earth, I would urge you to spend some time in Chicago first, to acclimate you to the civic circumstances.

Some parts of Dale city are very nice. The more rural areas of Prince William are very nice. Prince William county has a much lower crime rate than Fairfax county but the schools are not as good as Fairfax. Overall the quality of life is best in Fauquier county as long as you are white.

My father was a USMC officer who was stationed at HQMC in 1975. We bought a house in Montclair. Woodbridge was ok. Mostly white. Low crime. Potomac Mills was Banks Used Auto Parts owned by one of my classmates family. Blows my mind to see all the development.

What once was doesn't matter. It's a dump again today, infected with cockroaches, bed bugs & gang infestation.

Oh, Woodbridge isn't so bad.

That oughta be paved over for parking!!! Yeah!

One of the only places I have ever been to in the area that I would say are worse than Woodbridge is Hyattsville MD. There are literally cities in third world countries I would rather be in.

You are wrong about that. I'd much rather live in Hyattsville than Woodbridge. I remembered when Potomac Mills first opened that was a great mall and nice area. I was living in Hyattsville at the time. What the hell happened?

A few good folks notwithstanding, Woodbridge has for decades been home to white niggers with a sexual love of I-95, and for fewer decades home to black and spic niggers. It breeds crime and Dale City is a no-go zone even for the people who live there.
