I know they dont use the traffic /redlight cameras in fairfax anymore. What about manassas and loudon county?

manassas is prince william county? i believe
and loudon is fauqier county? not sure about loudon

but yes I too would like to know the answers

No. Wrong. State code governs their usage, not localities. They are not in use anywhere in the state at the time being.

There is a City of Manassas...and an unincorporated part of Manassas in Prince William County. Loudoun is a County.

As I recall, the State Legislature declined to renew the red light camera law. So that probably means it's a state-wide thing.
