Cross merchandising rights should be permitted at Cox and Verizon.

Heroin, carfentanil, CPH4, whatever! Make it all available!

Then make sure they tack on extra undisclosed fee's AFTER you use the drugs...

The way to win the War on Drugs would be to treat it as an actual war.

Change it to "The War on Drugs Users" and stop treating it like a law enforcement problem. That's what Thaksin did in Thailand and what Duterte's doing in the Philippines.
