trying to get keyless entry installed on the car

got a 96 accord, and every place i go i have to spend around 150-300 bucks for keyless entry because keyless entry doesnt come alone, it always comes with an alarm. Although an alarm is kinda important, its a stock 96 honda with a nice system, who is going to try to break in? Sure there are people that would, but the bottom line is, right now, with the money i have, i dont want an alarm. I just want keyless entry!

So if i go to best buy, circuit city, even local car modding places and such, all they have is alarm and keyless entry and want to charge me a rediculous amount for installation. So i have heard keyless entry is easy to install, especially on a honda, but i have no experience so im really just looking for a local guy to give me a good price, i could purchase the keyless entry off ebay or something.. anyone know anybody that does this kind of thing or maybe a store that does just sell keyless entry for a good price?

thanks

Just weld your doors shut and always have the windows rolled down. That way you can hop in or slide across the hood and hop in from the other side.

Why are you investing any money in a car that is 10 years old?

It's a cheap upgrade... hard to call that an "investment."
