Convertible limo in Georgetown

I was driving in Georgetown one time and saw a limo where the back half was a convertible. The convertible section had the windows up so it was like a little enclosed lounge area in the back. There were a few men in suits sitting inside just reading the newspaper, etc. WTF was that? Were they on the way to some high class club or something?

The limo you saw is commonly referred to as the favor express. It is often used to transport New York Times reading libtards to weekly dick sucking competitions held in the basement at Comet Ping Pong.
